After Moving on with this the group transformed itself from a modest trading house to a notable full-fledged RMG manufacturer. The growth was remarkable, and so was the reputation we earned from our buyers and stockholders.
Now we have world-class manufacturing units in compliance with international codes of social accountability and ethical business practices.
Our manufacturing units includes three sweater manufacturing unit and one Knit unit. Annual turn over 200 million USD and a total workforce of 12000 people.

Designtex Knitwear Limited is a 100%, export-oriented sweater manufacturer. The construction of our factory started in 2015. We commenced production in January 2018. We utilize the latest Shima Seiki computerized machine technology combined with innovation and contemporary management processes, to deliver quality service and products to our customers.
Our vision is to provide the complete end to end production service, starting from yarn sourcing, sample development to complete product delivery.

JL Fashions Ltd.
JL Fashions Ltd, a manufacturing facility is set up on the Dhaka-Mymensingh highway in Bariachala about 40 km north of Dhaka. The business operates from a ten-bigha freehold property with a state-of-the-art facility of 400,000 sft.
JL Fashions operates 900 Japanese (Shima Seiki) knitting machines producing about 800,000 pieces per month. The product ranges from coarser to finer, acrylic to cashmere, yarn-dyed to piece dyed, and from kids to adults.
The entire process has been switched to a single product flow line assembly system. The latest high-tech European machines have been installed to ensure superior quality & higher efficiency. We provide the complete end-to-end production service, starting from yarn sourcing, sample development to complete product delivery.
